We provide all our students with full support throughout the entire application process, from the very first steps all the way to a successful admission.
You can choose from two mentoring packages:
CONNECT Package: for students applying to one of our partner institutions.
FLEX Package: for those applying to a university or program outside our partner network.
Both packages include the same comprehensive, personalized mentoring service.

CONNECT PACKAGE

Within the Connect Package, you can select up to three study programs that are listed as partner programs on our website:
University programs in Denmark
University programs in the Netherlands
IB (high school) in Norway
IB (high school) in Denmark

Package fee: HUF 120,000
Payable in three installments as follows:

At the first consultation (consultation fee): HUF 15,000
When the application process is launched (start fee): HUF 45,000
Upon successful admission (admission fee): HUF 60,000

FLEX PACKAGE

Within the Flex Package, you can select up to three university programs available in Denmark or the Netherlands that are not part of our partner institutions.

Package fee: HUF 170,000
Payable in three installments as follows:

At the first consultation (consultation fee): HUF 15,000
When the application process is launched (start fee): HUF 70,000
Upon successful admission (admission fee): HUF 85,000

Both packages include the same services. The Flex Package has a higher fee because it requires individual handling: we contact the universities directly and fully personalize the entire application process.

Here’s how the application process works…

I. FIRST CONSULTATION

During the consultation (HUF 15,000), we will personally go through your questions and opportunities:

  • We discuss your interests and goals

  • Based on these, we recommend suitable study programs

  • We explain housing and job opportunities in your chosen country and city

  • We review expected costs

  • We go over available scholarships

  • And we start planning your future abroad

II. STARTING THE APPLICATION PROCESS

If after the consultation you decide to apply, we move on to the most important part — the admission process.
This is initiated by paying the start fee
(Connect Package: HUF 45,000 / Flex Package: HUF 70,000).

We guide you through every step of the process:

  • We help you find the most suitable study programs

  • We create a personalized plan outlining which documents are needed for each program

  • You begin preparing your application materials with our continuous support

  • We carefully review all documents to ensure everything is complete and correct

  • Once everything is ready and checked, we submit the applications together — during an online or in-person meeting

  • If the university requests additional information or documents, we assist you with that as well

  • We hold an online pre-departure orientation session where you receive all essential information about moving abroad and starting student life:
    job searching, housing, the first months at university, everyday life, and more

  • By this time, you may already know whether you have been accepted

  • We review scholarships and financial support options again to make sure you are fully informed

  • Finally, we wait for the results

III. ADMISSION RESULT

In case of successful admission, the admission fee applies
(Connect Package: HUF 60,000 / Flex Package: HUF 85,000).
This fee is only payable if you are accepted into a program we supported you with.

Even after a successful admission, we continue to support you:

  • We help you communicate with the university if they do not contact you in time

  • If possible, we connect you with students going to the same destination or those already studying abroad

  • We assist you with all questions that may arise — and trust us, there will be many
